Topic: A healthy person is often described as someone who has a good diet,gets lots of exercise and avoids stress. What should people do to stay healthy?
Health is considered to be the most important part of life.Health has to be maintained in order to do well in all aspects of life.Healthy activities lead to a healthy individual and it can be achieved in various ways. I will be discussing those activities and approaches along with their reasons which can keep a human being healthy.
Firstly,diet is extremely important factor leading to a healthy body.A balanced diet is as important for a healthy person as medicines are to a cancer patient.For example, Shoaib Malik a famous Pakistani Cricketer ,once shared his diet plan in his interview and mentioned it to be the reason behind his fitness . His food plan included salad and meat.Thus excluding the use of ingredients like oil which increases your cholesterol. So ,eating healthy food can help you remain healthy and consuming it according to a diet plan is equally important.
Secondly,fitness exercises on regular basis plays a key role in maintaining a healthy body.Different physical exercises enables on individual to workout with this muscles and cut off the fats to keep him slim and atheletic.For example, USain Bolt known as the fastest man on earth,is super fit because he believes that even though, he has to run a few seconds in competition but immense hard-work and physical exercises are involved in order to achieve that.
Lastly,mental fitness is as important as the physical fitness to consider a person healthy.this can only be achieved by avoiding stress. because stress can effect and damage the mental capabilities .Thus,leading towards different diseases. For instance, Inam Khan, a famous body builder in Pakistan.Despite of being physically fit he died of nervous breakdown .
Hence ,proved by the discussion that mental and physical fitness both are equally important to consider someone a healthy person.Therefore, a balanced diet and exercises are mandatory along with avoiding stress to be a healthy individual.
