Topic: In many countries school have severe problems with student behavior. What do you think are the causes of this? What solution can you suggest?
Everyday millions of school are catering billions of students, not only for their education needs, but also structuring their behavior and habits. Many schools have to daily face student behavior issues. Usually these behavior problems have their roots back in a child’s up-bringing. When parent do not pay adequate attention to their children, they end up having these issue, which ultimately create severe problem for schools.
First and foremost, a healthy relation between parents is of utmost importance. If parents do not share a strong and good relation, it hampers a child development; most commonly occurring as a behavior issue. Secondly, if parents do not give in all the time and effort in raising their children, the sense of insecurity and emptiness digs it roots deep into a child, which can also be a cause of behavior issue. Furthermore, it’s sometimes observed that despite parents knowing that their child has behavior issues; fail to properly address them. They turn a blind eye to the problem which heaps up as year pass by creating problems for schools and its teachers.
In order to help a student, parent and school should work hand in hand to solve this problem. Foremost, parents should be counselled how to tackle this issue; parallel to this there should be also counselling sessions for students at school. Teachers should be taught on how to deal with these students.
In conclusion, it can be summarized that behavior issues should not be taken lightly. They must be properly looked after; both school and parents should work in collaboration to help their child and to shape a better human being.
