Topic: In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. some people regard this as completely wrong,while others consider it as valuable work experience,important for learning and taking responsibility.
What are you opinions on this?
It is an undeniable fact that the importance of experience in ones life can not be neglected even the experience gained by children during their paid work has a lasting effect.It helps children in making them nature,sensible as well as responsible .consequently,it is agreed that children who are engaged in various paid work is considered as valuable work experience.Analyzing the examples of early lives of some successful people will show this.
Firstly,it should be noticed that children when start working,they have a lot of options to change their work field according to their interests and their skills as at that age they do not have any sort pressure or responsibility on them. An example of famous chef mr. Anwar plays a good role here. at a early age, he started working at stationary shop but he found it quite uninterested then he shifted himself to a gas station but again found it unimpressive. then he started working at a restaurant and learnt professional cooking there. he continued his education along with his cooking passion and today he is one of the famous youngest chef of a country. This would not be the case if he did not start working at early age. For that reason,children engaged in some paid work,plays a significant role in their career.
Secondly,children who are engaged in some sort of paid work helps them to gain hands on experience .The story published on social media plays a good example here. It was a story of a 12 year old boy who started working online on different applications and graphic designing.After gaining a valuable experience,he is not running his own software company. This shows that working at early age to gain experience can make you a successful person at a very young age.
To conclude,after analyzing the above examples,it is clear that why working at a early age is valuable.It makes us a practical person and improves our decision making ability.Thus, It is suggested that children should be encouraged to do some paid work in order to learn something new.
